Going by the clues you've given about the moive, it's some song from "something something unakkum enakkum" I guess! Don't really know which one, have pretty much stopped listening to new songs :-(

The song is 'Un Paarvaiyil..' from 'Unakkum Enakkum'. (something something was taken out for obvious tax benefits ;))
MD is Devi Sri Prasad. Singers - Karthik & Sumangali. Director is Raja. Ravi's elder brother. It was frame by frame copy of telugu movie 'Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana' directed by Prabudeva with Siddharth and Trisha in lead role.

Not really.. the second part of the interlude is the one that runs throughout most of the movie in the background.. so i could get it..

"Un parvaiyil"-a? heard it a few times but didnt remember it while listening to this clip..
